Freeze

Effective next month, my account will be drafted $5 per month until I choose to unfreeze.

Freeze requests must be received by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month to take effect on the 1st of the following month.

Pro-tip: Don’t wait until the last day—get your freeze request out of the way early! You can submit your request anytime before the deadline, and it will still take effect on the 1st of the following month.

If you submit a freeze request after the 1st of the month, it will not take effect until the following month, and your regular membership draft will still be processed for the current month. However, you will still have access to tanning for the rest of the month after submitting your freeze request.

At the end of the freeze period, the accumulated $5 drafts will be credited to my in-store credit account, plus an additional $2 per month! This credit may be used for products, 10 passes, single tans, or upgrades and is nonrefundable. This credit cannot be used for membership dues and will be forfeited if membership is canceled before unfreezing.
