  • Double dipping is a term used when you cocktail a UV bed and Spray session. By laying in a UV bed for even five minutes you allow your pores to be opened and ph levels to be naturally balanced, creating the perfect canvas for spray absorption

Before/After your spray: We recommend wearing dark, loose-fitting clothes while your tan develops. 

During your spray: If you decide to wear a swimsuit or underwear, be aware that the solution will come into contact with them, so pick something you're okay with staining. Many guests choose to go naked for the best coverage, but it's all about your comfort level! Our professional airbrush spray booths ensure you have complete privacy - no worries about anyone seeing you in all your glory! 

There are no known health risks to spray tanning, so it's ultimately up to your discretion how frequently you go. Certain Beach Club Memberships include a free daily spray that can be used for Hydration sessions or spray tans!

This can vary person to person, depending on many factors such as how often you’re sweating, how often (and how hot) you’re showering, if your skin is staying hydrated and well moisturized, the types of products you’re using on your skin (cleansers, lotions, etc.) We find that the 6-10 day range works for most people.

The first 24 hours after your spray tan can make or break how it looks, so it’s important to know what to do after a spray tan. With proper care, your spray tan will keep that stellar glow. Here are some of our favorite tips: 

• Wait to shower
  • We recommend showering no sooner than 4 hours after your spray tan, but no longer than 24 hours after. 
• When you shower, be gentle and only use oil-free cleansers. Avoid any exfoliants and just use the palm of your hand to gently rinse off the surface bronzer. 
• Avoid harsh scrubbing, hot water, drying soaps, and other chemicals. 
• Pat yourself dry instead of rubbing. 
• Moisturize Moisturize Moisturize! 
  • Use our professional moisturizers or tan extenders daily to prolong your tan. Avoid products that are oil, alcohol or sulfate based.
  • Hydrated skin maintains a tan longer than dry, thirsty skin. 
    • REMINDER: Make sure that any moisturizing occurs after you shower, and not while your tan is developing.

Your spray tan will last anywhere between 5-7 days, depending on your skin complexion and how you care for your tan. Taking good care of your skin and your tan in the week after a spray tan is super important.

• Avoid hot water, harsh scrubs and shaving. Exfoliation, salt and chlorine will strip your color faster.

• Use our professional moisturizers or tan extenders daily to prolong your tan. Avoid products that are oil, alcohol or sulfate based.

• Hydrated skin = happy tan! Drinking lots of water along with using professional moisturizers and tan extenders will help prolong the life of your tan.
